Man Utd predicted XI to face Newcastle as Ruben Amorim makes three changes

Manchester United are desperate to get back to winning ways against in-form Newcastle on Monday night but Ruben Amorim has a selection dilemma in midfield. United are floundering after three straight defeats in all competitions, including a 2-0 loss at Wolves last time out, and the visit of Newcastle will be no easier.
Eddie Howe's men are in red-hot form after four victories in a row that has seen them concede just one goal and they'll be confident against a fractured Red Devils side. Amorim knows he must build up some morale with games against Liverpool and Arsenal coming up after this - and he'll be without captain Bruno Fernandes following his sending off against Wolves.
Manuel Ugarte is also suspended after a yellow card at Molineux, meaning the coach will have to switch things up in midfield. That means either Christian Eriksen or Casemiro will have to come in to replace the Uruguayan, despite both players failing to impress this season.
To replace Fernandes alongside attacking duo Amad and Rasmus Hojlund, Amorim has a choice between Joshua Zirkzee, Alejandro Garnacho and Antony. Diallo has been one of Amorim's most consistent players sine he took over in November and he has played every game under his leadership so far, while Hojlund appears the clear option to start up front.
In defence, Amorim could opt to make some changes after watching his side concede nine goals in their dismal three-game run. Lisandro Martinez has been a constant in defence during their streak of defeats, so Amorim may opt to give Matthijs de Ligt a chance to impress by bringing him in against the Magpies.
