It was always destined to happen – players are getting stuck into the hero shooter that has all but taken the throne of the genre from Overwatch 2 and have started to climb the ranks in a bid to prove their ability, and it has led to a very quickly snowballing competitive scene for the game in Marvel Rivals Season 1, as casual players still get to know the new Fantastic Four playable characters and hold out for NetEase to make good on the incoming Marvel Rivals Jubilee, Rogue and Gambit leaks.
Luckily, too, these quests are constantly repeatable, meaning that the second one is completed, a new exact copy of it will appear, meaning that all you technically have to do is play as the character for a while (and we mean a while) to unlock all Proficiency rewards, including the Marvel Rivals Lord Icons.
It’s a cosmetic that many players won’t see or notice, and will be a gloat almost exclusively for you or your team as you select your Hero, but that doesn’t mean that people don’t want them, and it has put the Marvel Rivals Lord Icons in high demand.
Cosmetic treats lie in wait if you’re willing to put in the work, including the all-important Marvel Rivals Lord Icons, which are slightly altered versions of your player icons in-game that indicate to those in the know that you’re the real deal.
If you want to bag yourself the Marvel Rivals Lord Icons for your favourite characters, you’re going to have to max out their entire Proficiency track, elevating them to Lord Level.
