'Neighbour made ridiculous demand about my car – she won't leave me alone'

A woman has shared her shock at being asked to move her car because her neighbour thinks it’s not “in keeping” with the street. Good neighbours can make your living situation infinitely better and they help to ensure it remains peaceful. Bad neighbours can make life feel like hell on earth.
They come in all shapes and sizes, with their behaviour, demands and quirks varying wildly. Some people have to endure relentless, incessant loud music at all hours of the day; others are stuck with neighbours who take advantage of their generosity; while some bad neighbours feel entitled to private land like driveways or gardens, and more.
Mum Nicole has taken to TikTok to share her neighbour Deborah’s antics, with the latest issue being Deborah’s vehement dislike of Nicole’s second-hand car. In a popular video recently shared on the hit social media platform, Nicole explained: “This is about my neighbour asking me to move my car because it’s not ‘in keeping’ with the street. She came round to my house last night and had a massive go at me.
“I came back from the supermarket today and I thought, ‘oh she’s coming over to apologise’ but no, she came over to tell me that if we are struggling, then she does know someone who wants to buy our house. The only inkling she’s got that we’re struggling is from the car that I drive which was £200.”.
Nicole then proceeded to film her car, which is a second hand Kia Sorento, and despite its excellent condition, it has greatly offended Deborah. Nicole added: “My husband changed jobs so we had to change our cars and I didn’t want to pay car payments anymore so I bought her for £200. Honestly, such a bargain.”.
