Zimmer met Miketin during his seven season as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings. Miketin has previously revealed that her parents were 'immigrants from the former Yugoslavia, what is now considered Serbia.'. Miketin, who based on other reports is 42, announced her engagement to Zimmer on Saturday on social media with a collage of photos of the couple.
