Hayley said: "I'm in absolute bits Love you forever Paul Danan.
Last message he said love you and I said love you back," she continued.
Taking to Twitter, Hayley - who dated The Chase's Mark Labbett - said he only recently invited her to a concert.
"We were great friends and did a Radio Show on Love Sport Radio together and I would fall off my chair with laughter!
