Premiere of Meghan’s new Netflix show delayed due to California wildfires The release of Meghan Markle’s new show on Netflix will be delayed due to the impact of the wildfires in California, the streaming platform has announced.
It was recently reported that the couple’s home neighbourhood, located on the coast west of Los Angeles, is among those that are facing evacuation orders due to the rapidly spreading fires.
In a statement, she said: ‘I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California.’.
California Governor Gavin Newsom said earlier today the wildfires could become the worst natural disaster in US history.
