Rare footage emerges of Steve Irwin in disguise as his alter-ego 'Glenn Glamour'

He was known to combine his love of wildlife with a cheeky style. And now rare footage of the late Steve Irwin has emerged in which the famed 'Crocodile Hunter' can be seen wearing a disguise as his alter-ego 'Glenn Glamour'. Steve, who died at age 44 in 2006, is unrecognisable in the hilarious clip in which he can be seen wearing false teeth, a wig, dark 'speed dealer' sunglasses and a bucket hat.
At one point in the video Steve can be seen holding his daughter Bindi in his arms and telling onlookers, 'G'day'. The clip was taken while actress Sigrid Thornton and her filmmaker husband Tom Burstall were given a tour of Irwin's Australia Zoo on Queensland's Sunshine Coast reported News on Monday.
At around this time Burstall was making The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course, which was released in 2002, with Irwin. Rare footage of the late Steve Irwin (pictured in 2002) has emerged in which the famed 'Crocodile Hunter' can be seen wearing a disguise as his alter-ego 'Glenn Glamour'.

Thornton, 65, who is currently appearing on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, co-hosted by Steve's son Robert Irwin, is also seen in the video holding a koala. According to the report, Thornton showed Robert, 21, and his sister Bindi Irwin, 26, the footage before she went into the jungle earlier this month.
