Shoppers rush to buy ‘fabulous’ M&S Christmas party shoes that are the ‘best purchase of the year’

PARTY season is well underway, meaning many of us have begun the hunt for the perfect comfortable-yet-classy party shoes. The M&S Collection shoes come in three colours: Black Mix, Opaline Mix and Dark Red - although you'll have to be quick if you're keen to get your hands on a pair, as the latter two colourways are already out of stock online.

The retailer says: "These sparkly shoes are made to shine on the dance floor. "They have a mid-height kitten heel and a secure slingback design with an adjustable buckle fastening. "A pointed toe brings a sophisticated feel.". The shoes are a regular fit in a slip-on style, ideal for festive evenings out.

They are priced at a very reasonable £39.50. And reviews on the Marks and Spencer website were glowing with praise for the kitten heels. One reviewer gave them a five star rating and said: "Fabulous shoes! I needed some shoes for a Christmas wedding and these fitted the bill exactly!".

While another five star review described them as the 'best party purchase this year!'. And someone else, who had also rated them five stars, described them as 'the perfect Christmas slingback', saying: "This shoe dresses up your 'jeans and a nice top outfit'.
