The Strictly star, 34, who was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 19, opened up to ITV host Christine Lampard - who is filling in for Lorraine Kelly - about her past struggles, admitting she'd never had "anyone to look up to in the public eye," who battled the same condition, which drove her to become advocate for many charities.
"Of course, and of course he posted it and shared it on social media," chuckled Amy which led Christine to quip back humorously, "Of course he did, that's what friends are for.

The BBC One celebrity, still sporting a smile, recounted: "So Carlos took that he was like 'show me the medal' I opened the box and it fell out and as you can see by my face I was like 'ohhh my medal'.".
