Among those in the audience were Donald Trump - the first sitting President to attend the event - and Taylor Swift, who was there to cheer on boyfriend and Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
Taking to Truth Social after the game, he posted: "The only one that had [sic] a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift.
For last year's big event, the 35-year-old flew across the world fresh off an Eras Tour date in Tokyo to see partner Kelce bag the Chiefs' monumental victory.
Despite the Chiefs having the backing of arguably the two biggest names in the audience, last year's champions fell far short of claiming an unprecedented "three-peat" with a lacklustre performance and humbling score of 40-14.
