Sharing a reel of photos to Instagram to mark the occasion, the blonde beauty could be seen cuddling up to her beau as she celebrated the year end with sparklers. Pulling her tresses back into a half up-do, Tammy could be seen having a passionate kiss with Matt, 29, who she tied the knot with late last month in Byron Bay.

Several photos in her post saw the happy couple enjoying a lavish lunch with two of Tammy's three children Saskia and Wolf. Baby Posy, two, did not make an appearance in the photos, making it unclear if she spent New Year's Eve with her mother or father Matt Poole, Tammy's ex.
