Eve Myles and former Coronation Street star Katherine Kelly team up to hunt down a serial killer. Based on the best-selling novel by Erik Axl Sund, The Crow Girl follows the investigation into bodies of unidentified and beaten young men across Bristol, who are all full of the anaesthetic lidocaine.
DCI Jeanette Kilburn (Eve Myles) and her partner DI Lou Stanley (Dougray Scott) struggle to crack the case and call upon psychotherapist Dr Sophia Craven (Katherine Kelly) to help put a fresh perspective on the case. Filmed across South West England, the new Paramount+ series is one of the biggest new crime dramas in early 2025. But who appears in the series and how can you watch the new series?.
The Crow Girl follows DCI Jeanette Kilburn (Eve Myles) and her partner DI Lou Stanley (Dougray Scott) as they hunt for a killer after bodies of unidentified and beaten young men appear in Bristol, who are all full of the anaesthetic lidocaine. With a lack of evidence and pressure to solve the case mounting, Jeanette enlists the help of prime suspect Carl Lowry’s psychotherapist Dr Sophia Craven (Katherine Kelly) to help put a fresh perspective on the case.
But with the killer inching ever closer to home, Jeanette and the team are in a race against time to untangle the web of secrets to solve this mystery. The series was adapted by writer Milly Thomas, who has written four of the six episodes and also serves as executive producer. Charles Martin and Rebecca Rycroft have directed episodes across the series.
