Kaine Tomlinson Jr. stole the show at BKFC's KnuckleMania 5 with a brutal 37-second knockout over Patrick Sullivan. The Philadelphia crowd was stunned as Tomlinson landed a vicious overhand right that slept and stiffened Sullivan as he crashed down the canvas.

To start the contest, Tomlinson met Sullivan in the center of the ring. They stood toe-to-toe and began feinting. After raising his left hand, Tomlinson followed it with a looping and swift right hand over Sullivan's guard and landed square on his chin.

Terrifying scenes ensued as the hit sent Sullivan down stiffly. His head bounced off the bottom rope, breaking his fall before Tomlinson celebrated by standing over him. Sullivan remained out cold for an extended period but eventually returned to his feet and left the ring after the terrifying scenes.

Kaine Tomlinson Jr. scored a brutal 37-knockout against Patrick Sullivan at KnuckleMania 5. Bare Knuckle FC's fifth pay-per-view saw eight knockouts, a disqualification, and two decisions as the growing promotion took to the Wells Fargo Center.

The card was headlined by former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez taking on MMA veteran Jeremy Stephens. After two rounds, Alvarez's corner stopped the bout, giving Lil Heathen the victory and moving him to 3-0 in the promotion. Following his win, Stephens called out MMA superstar and BKFC part-owner Conor McGregor, who famously torched him in 2016 with the 'Who the f*** is that guy,' response at the UFC 205 press conference.
