Psychologist Vivian Metselaar, herself not a massive fan of heights or needles, says: “The most common phobias we treat here are for specific animals like dogs, cats, insects, spiders.
We also treat fear of needles, the dentist, fear of the dark, deep water, open spaces - really anything you can imagine.”.
