The woman, believed to be aged 39, was found critically injured outside a high-rise unit block on River Road at Parramatta in Sydney’s west about 1.40am on Thursday.
A woman has died outside an apartment building where it is believed she had fallen from a balcony, and police have arrested a man who they said was her partner.
Police said investigators had spoken to a number of people and had been told the woman fell from the balcony of a unit on the building’s seventh floor.
The circumstances surrounding her death are being examined, with detectives arresting a 40-year-old man, believed to be the woman’s partner.
