Woman serves 'best meal ever' – but relative rages after discovering ingredients A woman was praised for serving the “best” meal her brother-in-law had – only for him to flip and become angry when he learned of the ingredients.
On Reddit’s popular ‘Am I The A**hole’ forum, the woman explained: “Everyone complimented the food, especially my sister’s husband, who had two helpings and said it was ‘the best lasagne he’s ever had’.
She’s a vegan but doesn’t “make a big deal about it” and says she cooks “tasty food and never forces anyone to eat a certain way”.
As a vegan, she logically assumed everyone would be aware she’d be preparing dishes with vegan ingredients.
Cooking for guests can be tricky as trying to please multiple tastes and dietary requirements can often feel like something of a balancing act.
