Julia Wandel, 23, also known as Julia Wandelt, from Lubin, Poland, was arrested at Bristol Airport on Wednesday, Leicestershire Police said.
Wandel was also charged with a further count of stalking between 3 January and 21 April last year.
A 60-year-old woman from Wales, who was also arrested on suspicion of stalking, has been released on bail, the force added.
The fourth count relates to offences between 27 November and 29 January last year.
A woman who has claimed to be Madeleine McCann has been charged with four counts of stalking.
