A woman dubbed the 'world's most perfect' has revealed her tough 'requirements' for potential suitors. And it includes footing a £4,000 monthly bill for her beauty regime. Revealing her extensive list of dating requirements, Janaína Prazeres, who has a following of 717,000 online, insists she will not date anyone still living with their parents, referring to them as "children" who "avoid adult responsibilities". The 35-year-old also expects any possible date to foot a £4,000 monthly "beauty fee" - saying that women already invest enough time and money in looking good for men, so it's only fair they contribute.

Speaking to What’s The Jam, she said: "A man who still lives with his mum is unlikely to have the autonomy needed for a serious relationship. It’s simple – a man who can’t be independent enough to leave his parents’ house probably lacks the emotional maturity for a serious relationship. I’m not here to raise or teach anyone - I’m looking for a partner, not a child.". The model, who invests heavily in her appearance, says: "The beauty fee [that I expect them to pay for] covers my aesthetic procedures, haircare, daily maintenance, personal trainer and other investments in my appearance. Men today want women in the old-fashioned style – always impeccable, well-groomed, feminine.

“But they forget that, in the past, men also played a different role. If they want a classic woman, they need to be willing to act like classic men. That requires investment and commitment.”. She confessed: "I've lost a lot of time and money investing in relationships that didn’t work out. I spent years taking care of myself, keeping up my appearance, spending on aesthetics, clothes, the gym… and in the end, I was left at a loss.

“I even considered suing some ex-boyfriends for the money I wasted trying to stay perfect for them. Women already spend so much on self-care to look good.”. When it comes to other red flags she looks out for, Janaína, from Brazil, says she's wary of men who use dating apps too much, lack politeness and spend too much time on grooming. The model has been dubbed ‘The Perfect Woman’ by Playboy Norway in the past, and she expects to be treated in accordance with her title.

She explains: "I don't go out with guys who seem to be there just to rack up as many matches [on dating apps] as possible. I can spot that right away, and I don't want to waste my time on someone who isn't authentic. I like men who treat me with care and respect.". Revealing something as simple as opening the car door shows her a sign of being polite, she says that these so-called small things speaks volumes about a person's character. She is looking for men with a "natural, robust style", and prefers "a beard, a modern touch, but no exaggeration.”.

Admitting some friends feel her stance isn’t “feminist”, she sees no issue with her requirements. "I see no problem with it as long as it's an agreement between both parties," she said. “Feminism advocates freedom of choice, and this is mine. I choose to value myself and only engage with someone who understands what that means.". Discussing the balance in relationships, Janaína says: “For me, a relationship must be beneficial for both sides, and that balance is essential. It’s not an imposition, it’s an agreement.

"And only those who understand and accept it become part of my life. I see no issue with a man investing in the woman he’s with, as long as it’s clear from the start. “Today, I know exactly what I want and expect from a partner. I know what I want, and more importantly, I know what I don't want. These rules save me time and help me avoid disappointment.”. Get email updates with the day's biggest stories.
