WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin has revealed that he recently underwent a long overdue knee surgery. The 60-year-old remains one of the company's most iconic stars despite having been forced to retire in 2003 due to multiple knee injuries that affected him in the ring.

The WWE Hall of Famer suffered an ACL injury in the 1980s but opted against undergoing a surgery due to the strength in his quads and hamstrings at the time.
