WWE Raw has officially debuted on Netflix tonight and The Undertaker passed the torch to Rhea Ripley after she reclaimed the Women’s World Championship. The premiere of Monday Night Raw is streaming live on the platform with legends like, John Cena, CM Punk and Roman Reigns all confirmed for the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
The Aussie superstar defeated her rival Liv Morgan to recapture the gold, and her celebration was interrupted bu the Dead Man’s gong as she posed on the ramp. The Phenom came out on a motorbike in his American Bad Ass persona, riding down the rope and around the ring before acknowledging Rhea in a feel good moment.
After the bell, Dominik Mysterio tried to hug Rhea and reignite their rivalry, but earned himself a swift kick to the crotch and the Riptide. Elsewhere, John Cena kicked off his retirement tour with a major Royal Rumble announcement. A few hours after the professional wrestling giant confirmed the 2026 Rumble is heading to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, the wrestler turned Hollywood star confirmed his plans for next year’s edition.
After insisting he had a ‘better chance at winning an Oscar’ than capturing a record-breaking 17th world championship, Cena realised the annual event could be his ticket to WrestleMania. ‘Crazy idea! But maybe I could win the Royal Rumble? I know it’s a long shot but just hear me out,’ he said. ‘I should play right? I should be in the Rumble?’.
