Organisers have announced the final performers for this year's BRIT Awards, with the full line-up now unveiled. The annual awards ceremony for the music industry will be fronted by returning presenter Jack Whitehall from the O2 Arena in London on March 1. The comedian has previously hosted the event on four other occasions in recent years. A host of acts will also take to the stage to perform during the ceremony, with several of the performers having been named last month. Ahead of the ceremony next week, organisers have now confirmed the rest of the line-up.
It's been announced that Sam Fender, 30, and Lola Young, 24, are the final artists confirmed to perform at this year's show. They are both nominees this year, with Sam up for Artist Of The Year and Alternative/Rock Act. Whilst fellow performer Lola is nominated in the Pop Act category. Sam - who's already a BRIT Award winner - expressed his excitement in a statement. He said over the news: "Me and the band are so excited to perform at The BRIT Awards this year - we can't wait to get up on that stage again!".
Lola said: "I am super excited and grateful to be performing at The BRIT Awards this year. It's a dream come true and an absolute honour to share this moment alongside so many incredible artists. To be nominated is a huge achievement for me and I'm so thankful for all the support I've received.". The pair join the previously announced acts like JADE, 32, Myles Smith, 26, and Sabrina Carpenter, 25. The remaining acts in the line-up of performers are Shaboozey, 29, and Teddy Swims, 32, as well as rock band The Last Dinner Party.
JADE is nominated for Pop Act and her song Angel Of My Dreams is up for Song Of The Year With Mastercard. Myles - who has already been announced as the recipient of this year's BRITs Rising Star Award - is also in the Pop Act and Song of the Year categories, as well as being up for Best New Artist. Sabrina is nominated for International Artist Of The Year and International Song Of The Year, competing against the likes of Shaboozey and Teddy Swims for the latter. Whilst the Last Dinner Party are up for Mastercard Album Of The Year, Best New Artist, Group Of The Year and Alternative/Rock Act.
