Being cheated on is a horrible feeling – and while many will walk away from the situation brokenhearted, others will be out for revenge on the person who wronged them. That's exactly what TikToker Casey Swales wanted to do when she learned that her partner of four years had been unfaithful to her, saying: "I decided to get revenge, and I don't care if I've gone too far".
Referring to him as 'Dave' in the video, she explained that for the first three years of the relationship, the pair were "really happy," and she couldn't have "asked for anything more" from him. But then "all of a sudden Dave started acting strange". Casey said that he got "really, really distant," and this wasn't like him. He was "working late," was "always busy on the weekends," and even became "really secretive with his phone," which would be a major red flag for most in a relationship.
She explained it "went on for months" before she could bring herself to do anything about it because she wanted "hard evidence" that he was cheating on her. "So, one day, when Dave was in the shower, I decided to check his phone," she explained, sharing that she found out "Dave was texting another woman".
"My heart shattered," Casey said, admitting that "the second he got out of the shower" she confronted him about the messages. It turned out that Dave had been seeing the other woman for "an entire year," and he was leaving Casey for her, who she referred to as 'Sarah' on the TikTok video.
"This is where I decided I was going to get revenge on Dave for doing this to me," Sarah said. She continued: "Over the course of a few months, I made it my mission to find out absolutely everything possible about Sarah by stalking her social media. Let me tell you, after three months, I knew the ins and outs of this girl's life.
