Jennifer Sheffield, 30, also admitted she and Brandon Sheffield, 40, were going through a divorce in the haunting message, posted around two weeks before the couple died.
She added: "I was with her [Jennifer] when they [Jennifer and Brandon] met, and I’ve always loved him for how he loved her.
The pal also said Jennifer, who was a social media influencer, adored her children, and was a "selfless" parent.
Police said it appeared Brandon shot his wife before turning the gun on himself at their home near Jackson, Mississippi, on Saturday December 28.
