Fans entering the venue appeared to be wearing more green than red, leading to a pro-Eagles crowd for this Super Bowl. The Chiefs made their entrance first as the designated road team, with Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce out front, and were booed quickly.
Mahomes spoke earlier this week about the Chiefs embracing their role as villains entering the game due to being the two-time-defending Super Bowl champions. The Chiefs enter Sunday's football spectacular with a chance to become the first team in NFL history to win three straight Super Bowls. Yet, the Chiefs still has a sizable fan base in the building where you could hear the war chant drown out the boos for a few moments.
