Kerry Katona has posted a heartbreaking update for fans following her shock split from fiancé Ryan Mahoney. The 44-year-old revealed her engagement to fitness instructor Ryan, 36, was over in November after six years together. Though she hasn't shared the exact details of what happened, she said there was a 'breach of trust' and Ryan has now moved out of the home they lived in together with her kids.
Taking to Instagram, an exhausted looking Kerry - who is currently appearing in panto with her close pal Katie Price - said: "I haven't been on to put a video up for a while, because it's been so busy with panto. But things just seem to be getting crazier and crazier.
"The main thing is I have amazing children, I have my health and I have the most wonderful and surprising friends around me for support. I never thought 2024 would have ended like this. Never. But there you go." In the caption, mum-of-five Kerry added: "To say I'm struggling is an understatement, but putting my best foot forward - or at least trying.".
Her teenage daughter Heidi was among the first to send messages of support in the comments underneath writing: "Love you mummy." While pal Katie - who is reported to have moved in with Kerry to help her through the breakup - posted: "You have got this and I'm by your side every day and in every way." Kerry replied: "I'm so glad you're here.".
A fan wrote: "I thought you and Ryan were for life, seemed such a suited and happy couple. Keep your head held high and stay strong cos you're a beautiful soul who deserves to be happy." A devastated Kerry wrote back: "So did I. I thought we'd grow old together," followed by a breaking heart emoji.
