Since Meghan Markle returned to social media, royal fans have been treated to more and more glimpses of her children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three. For the most part, Meghan and Prince Harry work hard to keep their two youngsters out of the public eye, but every so often they provide a much-welcomed look into how the Sussex children are growing up, leaving royal fans thrilled.
Meghan shared a video on her Instagram stories showing the stunning garden attached to her Montecito mansion - and Prince Archie's sweet voice could be heard in the background. The Duchess was watering some of the luscious plants in her garden when Archie could be heard piping up and offering to help out with the gardening chore. "Mummy I can do it if you want to," he said.
"Only if you want to," Meghan replied, before handing over the hose to the youngster so Archie could get to work. Meghan showed off the bounty of amazing plants that she has been growing in the video - including an orange tree that is bearing fruit, one of which she later filmed herself squeezing the juice into her glass of what seemed to be sparkling wine.
Royal fans were quick to praise the young prince for offering to help out his mum with the gardening task, and for how grown up he sounded. "Prince Archie is all grown up and helping his mama," one wrote. Another commented: "ARCHIES' VOICE! HE'S NO LONGER A BABY".
Many noted just how well-mannered the sixth-in-line to the throne sounded, something that Meghan has previously revealed is of the utmost importance to herself and Harry when it comes to raising their eldest child. In a sit-down interview with The Cut magazine back in 2022 - to promote her podcast series Archetypes - Meghan admitted that they worked hard to ensure Archie - who was then three years old - learned to keep up good manners. "We always tell him: 'Manners make the man. Manners, manners, manners, manners, manners'".
Royal fans were also treated to another glimpse of Archie just a couple of weeks ago on Valentine's Day. Meghan posted a sweet clip of her kids making some love-themed sweet treats, which included a picture of the back of Archie's head. Meghan and Harry also opted to share a photo of their kids from behind in their Christmas card last December, sharing a sweet moment where their two youngsters ran toward the couple for a cuddle, but whilst keeping their faces out of view - in line with a trend many celebrity parents have followed in recent years to afford their kids more privacy.
