A Place in the Sun fans all issued the same complaint about one particular property. During Tuesday's (14 January) episode of the hit Channel 4 property show, host Lee Juggurnauth took potential buyers Marcia and Ron to look at properties in Crete, as the couple aimed to find their dream home for £255,000.

The pair viewed several homes with Lee, with some boasting incredible views and outdoor swimming pools. However, one property had TV viewers talking, as they all noticed one standout feature which they weren't impressed by. Taking to social media, many A Place in the Sun fans made the same complaint.

They each pointed out the spiral steps which the property had. One person wrote on X: "Round steps .. no thanks I’m too old #aplaceinthesun.". "I'm not sure about all the steps myself.....#aplaceinthesun," another added. A third fan penned: "All those spiral stairs I was expecting a water slide at the top #aplaceinthesun.".

Meanwhile, a fourth TV viewer agreed, writing: "It’s a no from me. All those stairs #aplaceinthesun.". Despite looking around several properties, Marcia and Ron finally agreed on a home in Crete at the end of the episode. The couple put in a cash offer on a property, which was happily accepted by the sellers.

Fans were surprised to see the offer to quickly accepted, with no negotation of Marcia and Ron's behalf nor the seller's. "Ooh not even a cheeky low ball offer #aplaceinthesun," one fan exclaimed, while another commented: "What? Buyers are actually making an offer??".
