During his exit interview on the show, Scott told host Maya Jama: "The first time I did this show I had that instant connection with someone, and it made everything so much easier."
Speaking to fellow former Love Islanders Indiyah Polack and Amy Hart on their The Morning After podcast he said: "Me and Luca, I don't think you saw it, he was bantering me non stop every day until the point the guys and girls were like 'Why don't you say anything why are you taking it?'.
During his time, Scott had struck up a connection with Tina Stinnes, who he first met on the programme back in May 2016.
But earlier this month, Scott made the decision to walk out of the South African villa and was not prepared to "force" a romantic connection with any of his co-stars.
During Scott's time in the villa, viewers saw him furiously clash with Luca Bish in a very heated exchange.
