Amanda Bynes was spotted out and about in Los Angeles with a friend this weekend. The 38-year-old former child star — who recently hosted an art show — wore a pair of skintight gray leggings and a black T-shirt with a large chainlink graphic print across the front.

The former studying cosmetologist wore a black and white striped beanie over her bleached hair. Her casual look was rounded out with a pair of white, high-top Vans sneakers and she carried a small white Prada bag. Bynes' eyes were heavily lined with black, her eyebrows heavily darkened, and she showed off the heart-shaped tattoo on her right cheek.

Topping the eccentric look was a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses. It comes about three weeks after the ex All That cast member hosted an art show, which was attended by Noah Cyrus. In December she collaborated with fashion designer Austin Babbitt, aka Asspizza, to pull off the event after working on and releasing a set of clothing designs together.
