Amazon Music Unlimited: 'I ditched Spotify and Apple Music for Prime streaming - this is why'

There's not a working day that goes by without a playlist or podcast playing in my earphones. Having noise on has become a staple for me - on the train, at my desk working, or walking down a busy high street. Spotify may be at the top of the list for many, but my go-to is Amazon Music Unlimited.
It has been my favourite music provider since I got an Echo Dot two years ago. Switching between my kitchen speaker and phone is easy. I can listen to Audible books. The app creates playlists to shuffle each morning, and if I’m on a train or flight, I can listen when offline.
It is the shopping giant's most premium music tariff, at £10.99 per month (£9.99 with Prime), this gives it the perks of having no-ads…no pesky interruptions, which is the main reason I upgraded to it. This festive season Amazon Music is offering three months of the plan for free, so you’ll pay £0 from now until March 2025 if you buy it.

The offer ends on January 10, 2025, so if shoppers are keen to sign up as users, they’ll need to take out the plan by 4pm GMT on that date. This will get you free use until April 10. And if you decide it’s not worth the autorenewal price, you can cancel the plan.
