If there's one show you're going to watch this year, let it be Apple TV's Shrinking. Starring Jason Segel, Jessica Williams, and bona fide Hollywood superstar Harrison Ford, Shrinking is the kind of show that feels like a mug of hot chocolate on a snowy winter day — or a glass of Pimm's on a scorching one, whatever your seasonal preference. In other words — it's downright delicious and could be just what you need to shake off the January Blues.

Jimmy (Segel), Gaby (Williams), and Paul (Ford) are deeply dysfunctional therapist-colleagues who each have a myriad of issues of their own. To put it bluntly — they're therapists who need therapy. Jimmy is a recent widower who's failing as a father after his wife died in a tragic car accident, Paul is a stubborn man battling Parkinson's who was (also) a terrible father to his daughter and is (finally) on the path to making amends, and Gaby has severe mummy and co-dependency issues. Oh, and the show's a comedy.

With a fantastic supporting cast in Lukita Maxwell, Christa Miller, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, and Ted McGinley— Shrinking is the gift that keeps on giving. But most importantly, it might be Harrison Ford's best work yet. We know that's a tall order—the fact that this man is both Indiana Jones and Han Solo is not lost on us — but he's just that good in Shrinking. There is not one punchline Ford doesn't land, not one laugh he fails to get from his audience, not one instance his gruff-stubborn-dinosaur persona doesn't completely obliterate your heartstrings.
