Away from the Scottish highlands, Elen explained that she's an outdoorsy girl, so believes that she has an advantage, admitting that she's "a sporty girl, I'm active," and takes part in strength training.
"One thing I am really, really sure of, I do think there will be more girls as traitors this year," she commented before heading to the Scottish highlands.
The 24-year-old Cardiff native also revealed herself to be one of the top sleuths on the show as he sussed out that there would be three female traitors in the very first episode.
Sitting round the table with her co-stars on night one, Elen doubled down as she said there was a 'strong female presence' in the room.
