It is also rechargeable and is labelled as suitable for all skin types. Sharing their find in Primark, one person said: "Led light mask. Don't run...SPRINT.". "Thank you for doing the lord's work.". A third gushed: "Just purchased.". Meanwhile, a fourth chimed in: "I need one of these.".

Primark's electronic skincare buy is a dupe for pricier versions such as the Current Body Skin LED mask priced at £399. This makes the high street store's offering a whopping £381 cheaper. But some beauty fanatics have their reservations abou the bargain buy.

The Current Body version promises it helps with anti-ageing and skin renewal thanks to its powerful wavelengths. The LED face mask emits red (633nm), near-infrared (830nm) and deep near-infrared (1072nm) light, which are the most clinically recognised LED wavelengths for their anti-ageing effects.

However, the wavelength for Primark's mask is not listed - leaving some shoppers questioning its effectiveness. One said: "Might as well throw your money in the bin.". "Don't waste your money", added another. And a third wrote: "The good ones are £50 upwards.".
