The AFL WAG, 41, shared the secrets behind her slender and toned physique during a Q&A session on Instagram on Thursday. One fan asked Bec 'what is your workout routine?' and the influencer responded with a photo of herself playing netball.
Over the image, she wrote out her list of exercises and lifestyle choices she partakes in to maintain her health. 'I do Pilates once a week. Golf once a week. Cardio: tennis, twice a week. Netball once a week,' Bec revealed. The mother-of-two also went on to explain that she is not much of a gym-goer because she lacks motivation.
