A source told The Sun that she'll star her tour in March in LA; seen in December in Hollywood. Earlier this month, the 16 Carriages singer broke her silence on the rape allegations just days after the victim's attorney re-filed charges on December 8, naming Jay-Z after the initial claim in October only accused Combs of the assault.
