A BRIT tourist has died after plunging 20ft in a motorcycle accident. Regan Kelly, 28, went through guard rails and down a slope after losing control of the Honda. CCTV footage shows that he was not wearing a helmet and hit his head on a pipe. Londoner Regan, also known as Corey Beavis, died at the scene in the Thai resort of Phuket at 7.30am on Saturday.
