After two weeks of the Future Stars promo in EA FC 25 that saw EA Sports release a Future Stars Team 1 and Team 2 squad, a new promo will enter Ultimate Team this week, with EA confirming that the EA FC 25 Grassroot Greats promo will be released next.
EA FC 25 Grassroot Greats – release date and leaks as Diego Maradona return confirmed EA Sports is set to reveal the EA FC 25 Grassroot Greats promo in Ultimate Team later this week, with the brand-new promo set to be headlined by the returning Diego Maradona.
Not many details regarding the EA FC 25 Grassroot Greats promo have been revealed just yet, but EA did confirm that Maradona will return to Ultimate Team on Friday, February 14 – the first time the Argentine Icon has featured in the game since being removed in FIFA 22.
As with every promo in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, more players should be released as SBCs and Objectives, while EA has been very generous with its Evolutions recently, so expect an Evolution for Icons and Heroes, or even an Evolution that can give regular players stat boosts and Icon chemistry.
The promo squad will remain in packs until Friday, February 14, when a new promo, most likely the EA FC 25 RTTF (Road to the Final) promo, will take its place.
