An eagle-eyed EastEnders fan has spotted an incredible Doctor Who cameo in the BBC soap's 40th anniversary special as Albert Square faces more chaotic drama.
After the thrilling episode, the fan took to X to reveal that the same scream was used in a Doctor Who episode from 2007.
"Forget Angie Watts the real star of tonight’s episode was the return of woman screaming in distress from Doctor Who in 2007," the fan wrote alongside a video comparing the two screeches.
EastEnders' 40th anniversary live episode airs tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
