Luca Guadagnino, director of blockbuster hits including Call Me By Your Name, Suspiria, A Bigger Splash and the recently released Queer, was spotted leaving the awards ceremony prematurely.
His film, Challengers – starring Zendaya, Josh O'Connor and Mike Faist – scooped up one award despite receiving four nominations.
