Wendy, 74, was last seen wearing leopard print and pushing a trolley at around 6pm in Watford, Hertfordshire.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police wrote in a social media appeal: "Have you seen #missing Wendy, aged 74, from #Watford?.
Cops say Wendy may appear confused and urged anyone with information to contact the force.
