Holly Hagan has revealed that she has been diagnosed with ADHD as she confessed that she has had an 'intense' six months in an Instagram video on Monday. The Geordie Shore actress, 32, reached out to her 1.4 million viewers for some advice and tips on how to manage ADHD while navigating everyday life as a working mother.
She explained that she had felt 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised' and giving birth to her son Alpha Jax in 2023, who she shares with husband Jacob Blyth, was a turning point. Sharing a video to her page, Holly penned: 'Starting my 2025 with an ADHD diagnosis.
'The constant overwhelm, disorganisation, insomnia, misdiagnosed anxiety, previous EDs, inability to focus, forgetfulness, object permanence meaning I literally forget people exist!. 'I've been so incredibly good at masking all of these years and my job has allowed me so much freedom to not get overwhelmed.

''It's only since becoming a parent and running businesses full time that I have realised I'm not actually functioning well. 'To the point of thinking if I took 3 hours a week for exercise my business was going to fail, and only having one good night's sleep in 2024.
