Holly Hagan has confirmed she has been diagnosed with ADHD, admitting she has suffered an 'intense' 6 months of feeling 'overwhelmed' and 'disorganised'. The Geordie Shore star, 32, who has previously opened up about her hearing battle, took to Instagram on Monday (6 January) to update her 4.1M followers of the diagnosis, reaching out to users for their tips and advice going forward.

Sharing a video to her page, Holly candidly wrote: "Starting my 2025 with an ADHD diagnosis. The constant overwhelm, disorganisation, insomnia, misdiagnosed anxiety, previous EDs, inability to focus, forgetfulness, object permanence meaning I literally forget people exist! I've been so incredibly good at masking all of these years and my job has allowed me so much freedom to not get overwhelmed.".

Explaining that becoming a mum to son Alpha Jax in June 2023, who she shares with husband Jacob Blyth, was the turning point, Holly's post continued: "It's only since becoming a parent and running businesses full time that I have realised I'm not actually functioning well. To the point of thinking if I took 3 hours a week for exercise my business was going to fail, and only having one good night's sleep in 2024.".

"These last 6 months have been super intense and even though I am nervous to post this, I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for all the other women sharing their journey and symptoms." She concluded: "I would absolutely love any tips that you have found helpful to keep organised and be less overwhelmed.".
