The chill in the air means it's prime time for warming, simple, and cheerful dishes that'll fend off the freeze. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's one-pot chicken curry is just the trick if you're after a speedy evening meal – not only scrumptious but also incredibly easy to whip up.
Revealed in his book 'Ramsay in 10,' this particular recipe is a family favourite, perfect for busy dinners when the kids are running around. As stated by the Michelin-starred chef: "This is how we do a midweek curry in a hurry at home, especially when the kids are here, there and everywhere.".
He assures: "Honestly, it's one of the easiest and quickest curries you will ever make." Keen foodies can create Gordon Ramsay’s 10-minute chicken curry following these steps, reports the Express. First things first, get your ingredients ready. Slice up the chicken, chop and grate the squash, onions, and ginger. Fire up a frying pan on a medium-high hob, drizzling in some oil before tossing in the grated butternut squash.
Give the squash a good seasoning with salt and pepper, then add a dash of garam masala into the mix. Next, throw in the onions and give them a stir, combining well with the butternut squash, cooking for a minute or two. If you’re not one for too much heat, chop the chilli and get rid of the seeds. Add the freshly grated ginger and cook everything together for a further couple of minutes. First, clear a space in the middle of your frying pan, pushing all the vegetables to the side. Pour some oil into the centre and toss in the diced chicken.
