The news comes hot on the heels of Carpenter's first two Grammy wins earlier this month, where she bagged the best pop vocal album award for her sixth studio record Short n' Sweet and the best pop solo performance award for her summer hit Espresso.
The former Disney child star was up for six Grammys in total, including nods for best new artist, record of the year for Espresso, song of the year for catchy tune Please Please Please, and album of the year for Short n' Sweet.
After selling out her initial date, US pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter is set to perform a second headline show at the British Summer Time festival this summer.
The 25 year old On Purpose singer will grace the Hyde Park stage in London on Sunday, July 6, following her July 5 performance.
She later signed with Island Records and released her gold-certified fifth studio album, Emails I Can't Send, which featured the hit track Feather, her first UK top 20 single.
