WE all want thick and luscious hair, but unless you're genetically blessed it isn't always a possibility, at least that's what one woman thought. After struggling with dry and damaged locked for years, Belallure, from Miami, thought she'd never have the thick and healthy mane she dreamed of.

But, with a few simple and cheap tricks she managed to totally transform her hair and explained exactly how on TikTok. Her first tip might sound simple, but it can make a huge difference and that's to make sure you're drinking plenty of water. "Your hair is like a vampire that thrives off blood and the nutrients in your blood, and so drinking water helps carry those nutrients to your hair, which stimulates growth," she explained in the viral clip.

According to  experts at high-quality extensions specialists Roxy Hair, drinking water is a non-negotioalble for healthy locks. !"Hydration is hugely beneficial for strengthening hair and reducing the risk of breakage," they told GB News. Next, the hair whizz suggested giving yourself scalp massages to help your hair grow. For just a few minutes per day, she gently rubs her scalp using light pressure from her finger tips, although there are also scalp massage machines you can buy that do the same thing.
