SHAVING years off your appearance doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg. One 60-year-old woman shared her secret to looking decades younger, and the answer is probably already in your fridge. In her viral video, TikTok user Vicky Derosa (@vicky.derosa) revealed the kitchen ingredient she swears by for a smooth and bright complexion.

According to Vicky, the ingredient is "one of the best things you can do for lines, for acnes scars, for dark circles, for inflammation, for brightening the face, for anti-ageing.". And the secret ingredient is simply whole fat yoghurt. So instead of forking over for countless lotions and creams, why not slather on a spoonful and see how it works?.
The TikToker recommended applying the food item for "whatever time you can spare.". She assured her audience that even leaving it on for five minutes at a time two to three times a week will show a noticeable difference in a matter of weeks. "Trust me, it works unbelievably," the anti-ageing expert told her followers.
