If you take care of your skin from the word go, you'll likely be way less likely to need cosmetic injections as you age. Natasha Bowles, 28, is a spa manager at the Manchester Marriott Picadilly, and she exclusively told The Mirror that taking care of your skin is vital. As well as getting into a good daily routine, you should look to use the right products for your own skin ype.

Social media can make you feel a certain pressure to look a certain way, and this often includes getting treatments and tweakments such as filler and Botox, but Natasha believes this is unnecessary. "When it comes to anti-ageing, it's so important to think preventative rather than going straight for Botox, or going straight for hardcore heavy creams when you've already got them fine lines and wrinkles," she said.

Natasha continued: "So if we're teaching people to be using preventative anti-ageing skincare before they start to get first signs of ageing, this will really prolong the skin and keep it nice and healthy and radiant without having to use Botox or any cosmetic procedures".

Face the Future also highlights the importance of being "proactive and not reactive" when it comes to skincare. They say: "We all know that prevention is always better than the cure, so starting an anti-ageing skincare routine early is a great way to prevent many common skin conditions from developing in the first place, keeping your skin firm and youthful for as long as possible, to ensure that your skin stays healthy and youthful as you grow older.
