Influencer Victoria Rose, who posts under the username Whoa Vicky, had posted a series of now-deleted tweets, after news had circulated online that she had been kidnapped in Nigeria.

One of the tweets read: 'I have kidnapped Vicky. She is with me in Nigeria. I am demanding $1million for her release.'. However, the model came clean, and in an Instagram Live on Sunday revealed that she was lying about the whole thing. 'We kind of got carried away with the joke, you know, we just like to have fun and joke,' she said in the Instagram Live, as seen in clips shared online.
