Love Island winner Jack Fincham has been spotted out with on-off girlfriend, Chloe Brockett, shortly after being freed from prison. In exclusive pictures obtained by the Mirror, Chloe was seen grinning from ear to ear as she and Jack walked side by side. Both wore all-black outfits, with Chloe sporting a baseball cap and a puffer jacket, while Jack opted for a similar look. The pair were seen together at a petrol station, hours after Jack was released from prison.
Jack, 33, and 24 year old Chloe seemed stronger than ever in their union after Jack's brush with the law. TOWIE star Chloe opted for a natural look as she kept the makeup on her face to a minimum and had her long brunette locks in a straight style. She looked at Jack adoringly as he walked slightly ahead of her, dressed in an all black outfit and baseball cap. Yesterday Jack was sentenced to six weeks in jail after his dog, Elvis, attacked two people. Jack, who won the 2018 series of the ITV2 show with Dani Dyer, gave a thumbs up as he was led to the cells at Southend Magistrates’ Court as his TOWIE girlfriend Chloe Brockett wept in the stands.
Jack was also ordered to pay £3580 to the courts, including a £200 compensation fee to one of the victims, which also includes a £50 compensation fee to a second victim. A payment plan was set up for Jack to pay £400 a month after prosecutors said he has 'no savings.' The reality star was supported by his The Only Way Is Essex star girlfriend, Chloe, who audibly broke down in tears after he was handed a jail sentence. However, hours after his sentencing, Jack was released from prison pending an appeal.
Days before their court appearance, the on-off pair were spotted enjoying a luxury getaway at Champneys Spa in Hertfordshire in the days leading up to Jack's day in court. His brother and his parents were also in attendance at Southend Magistrates' Court to support the star as he pleaded guilty to two counts of being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog, with one of the incidents causing injury.
Prosecutor Erin Peck said that Fincham’s dog bit a runner, a man called Robert Sudell, in September 2022 in Swanley in Kent. She said that Mr Sudell had accepted an apology and Fincham was going to be cautioned and engage with a responsible dog ownership course. Conditions were made including that his dog must be muzzled, but in June last year there was a second incident in Grays in Essex when Jack's dog was out of control and he was later charged.
Presiding magistrate Anne Wade, sentencing, said that Fincham was subject to a suspended sentence order at the time of the incident in Swanley in Kent. The order, for an unrelated driving matter, was of 12 weeks custody suspended for 18 months. She made an order that the dog must be muzzled in public places, be kept on a lead and not be left alone with anyone under the age of 16. Wade said: "we find no reason not to do so," when she jailed Jack. She added: "The dog dog was in a public place not abiding by the conditions to be muzzled and kept on a lead.".
Jack and Chloe have had an on-again, off-again relationship. They have been romantically involved since December 2020, with their relationship becoming public in March 2024. Like this story?
