Katie Price has showed off the results of her latest surgery as she laid in bed covered in bandages. The former glamour model, 46, had another facelift less than a year after having the £10,000 procedure as she returned to a clinic in Istanbul. She has allegedly undergone 17 breast augmentations and six facelifts, among other surgical changes to her body over the years. Katie revealed to fans she was going under the knife again as she headed to Turkey on Friday.
The mum-of-five revealed: "From my last surgery, there are just a few little bits that I want tweaking. Well, they need tweaking. So here I am getting ready. That’s the worst bit for me, the needle. The needle’s done so now I can relax." Katie documented the brutal reality of the work as she took a selfie while in bed.
Her cheeks and forehead were covered in bandages as it appeared Katie could barely open her eyes. Her recovery will be helped by having boyfriend JJ Slater by her side as he visited Katie on the hospital ward. Katie is yet to reveal exactly what she has had done during the 'tweakments' yet it has been reported she wanted to correct her 'pixie ears'.
A source toldCloser Magazine: "Katie is heading to Turkey [this month] for her first New Year's procedure: fixing her pixie ears. She thinks they need correcting after her recent facelift. She's having her ears removed, then re-stitched in place and pinned back so that they don't stick out.".
Addressing their concerns about Katie's "obsession" with surgery, the source continued: "Friends think Katie has gone too far. They feel like she's obsessed and loves the attention – and the money from the pictures – that the surgery brings in." Katie previously discussed her love for surgery and that she compares it to going shopping.
